We discuss with clients the current needs and problems that the client would like to address and solve. From this meeting we will gather the WHAT, WHO, WHEN and WHY.
1. What type of problem is the client facing?
2. What client is trying to achieve (vision, goals)?
2. What can Avilius provide at strategic level?
3. What can Avilius provide at tactical level?
4. Who are the main actors for the service, product or problem?
5. Who is responsible for the business initiative?
6. What needs to be approved and by Whom?
7. When is the client planning to start the planned work (timelines)?
8. Why is so important for business to have this problem/needs solved (set context)?
9. Why did the problem/need occur (assess background)?
10. How can Avilius solve the problem/need (technical depth)?
