Assessment & needs

We discuss with clients the current needs and problems that the client would like to address and solve. From this meeting we will gather the WHAT, WHO, WHEN and WHY.
1. What type of problem is the client facing?
2. What client is trying to achieve (vision, goals)?
2. What can Avilius provide at strategic level?
3. What can Avilius provide at tactical level?
4. Who are the main actors for the service, product or problem?
5. Who is responsible for the business initiative?
6. What needs to be approved and by Whom?
7. When is the client planning to start the planned work (timelines)?
8. Why is so important for business to have this problem/needs solved (set context)?
9. Why did the problem/need occur (assess background)?
10. How can Avilius solve the problem/need (technical depth)?

Statement of Work proposal

After understand your company's problem and needs, Avilius will present you a Statement of Work (SOW) which outlines the work that needs to be done for the specific project. This document will contain any milestones, project deliverables, scope, timelines, quote, work location, acceptance criteria, payments terms and conditions.

Purchase of Services

After SoW approval and sign-off by the Client, Avilius is expecting to receive the respective Purchase Order (PO). This is a legally binding document that outlines the work that needs to be done for a specific project. The PO should contain any milestones, reports, deliverables, price, timelines and end products that are expected to be provided by  Avilius.

Project Deliverables

After PO, Avilius consultant(s) will start with planned deliveries in an agile way. The planned work packages will be delivered according with agreed milestones. all the tasks and work packages will have a continuous reporting addressing TO DO's, In Progress and Completed activities.

Specification

First Meeting with the client to learn about the project goals and budget.

Consultant(s) Digital Card and Statement of Work (SoW)

We will deliver the consultant(s) business card as well as the statement of work (SOW) with clear definition of work being provided, prices, scope , project deliverables, work location, timelines and payment terms and conditions.

Delivery

After Avilius receives the SoW approval and a successful Purchase Order that confirms the purchase of services stated in the S0W,  our consultants will start working on the deliverables agreed in the Statement of Work .

Change Requests

We work agile and are extremely flexible, the client can always approach and discuss new changes requests to the initial Statement of Work. Avilius will work with you to onboard the new change requests in the initial scoped activities.

Customer Satisfaction

Our work is only completed when the client confirm has received the goods or services they have purchased and that they are satisfied with them.
